Energy comes in a vast array of different forms. Creating and harnessing this energy is a fundamental part of enabling life to live on earth. From the muscles that enable us to move, to the forces of magnetism that turn an electric motor, this is the perfect introduction for children to learn about the fundamentals of energy. With beautiful designs from award-winning illustrator Eduard Altarriba, children will learn how the wind powers a ship’s sail, the workings of a hydroelectric power station, how the sun can be used to power our homes and much more.
